**Job Title: Occupational Therapist**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments of patients to determine their needs and identify areas for improvement in their daily living.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, based on their specific needs and goals.
- Provide occupational therapy and sensory integration services, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and functional training, to help patients improve their mobility, strength, coordination, and endurance.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure that they are achieving their goals and making progress.
- Educate patients’ families about their condition and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as psychologists, special educators, and speech language pathologists etc., to coordinate patient care and ensure that patients receive comprehensive and effective treatment.
- Document patient monthly goals /progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active license to practice occupational therapy.
- Atleast 2 years of work experience in reputed organizations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs and treatment plans.

Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred.

**Salary**: 35000/month - 70000/month(negotiable) depending on the level of expertise and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
