Role Overview:
We are seeking a well-spoken, presentable, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and guide visitors to the appropriate departments or staff
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Perform general administrative duties like filing, data entry, and managing records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Manage courier dispatches and communication handling
- Maintain visitor logs and follow front-desk safety procedures
- Assist other departments with basic admin support as needed
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Background in hotel or hospital front-desk operations preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable appearance with a pleasant personality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
