**Responsibilities**:
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while effectively conveying the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Order Management**: Handle customer orders for car modification services, ensuring accurate documentation and proper follow-up throughout the process.
Collaborate with the internal teams (sales, production, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.

**Customer Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and address customer concerns, providing swift resolutions to problems or complaints.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and follow up until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.

**Upselling and Cross-selling**: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Car Cupid's offerings to present compelling upgrade options.

**Customer Feedback and Analysis**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to gain insights into their preferences, pain points, and overall satisfaction with our services.
Use feedback data to improve service quality and enhance the customer experience.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and security.

**Collaborative Teamwork**: Collaborate with different teams within Car Cupid to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Automotive knowledge or interest is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
