**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle property sales transactions end-to-end, from lead stage to closure.
- Communicate and coordinate with **builder sales teams** for site visits, inventory, and pricing.
- Meet and follow up with prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and present project details with confidence.
- Provide market insights and project comparisons to guide clients in decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and builders.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of **North or South Bangalore** projects and micro-markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with builder teams.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Having an existing client database is an added advantage.
