**Job Description**:
A telecaller Is a professional who communicates with potential customers or clients over the phone to promote or sell products, services, or gather information.

Their responsibilities may include making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Effective communication skills, persuasion, and the ability to handle objections are crucial in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, effectively presenting the products/services offered by the company.
- Engage with customers to comprehensively understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide detailed information on our offerings.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and information gathering.
- Execute follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, and uphold positive customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as established by the sales team.
- Stay updated of the features and benefits of the products/services to deliver accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

Proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets.

Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to excellence.

Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and meet deadlines.

Previous experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
