Role : Solution Architect Presales

**WHAT’S THE JOB?**

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will provide pre-sales support to the business team to drive sales of our products, solutions and services.

You will engage alongside sales teams across our banking, insurance and retail customers to position our value proposition.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Crafting winning techno-commercial solutions, SoWs that tightly aligns with our customers’ desired outcomes, industry best practices, umbrella portfolio offerings and emerging innovative technologies.
- Preparing technical & commercial presentations based on request for information (RFI) & request for proposal (RFP).
- Identify, assess and highlight client risks that could prove detrimental to the client’s organization and credibility
- Participate in client workshops to collaborate with client employees and seek missing information, clarifications.
- Work with relevant technology vendors and ensure a deep understanding of their solutions and how they can contribute to our own solutions set
- Work with the business team to conceptualize new business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation
- Keep oneself updated on changing business needs, regulatory requirements, new domain trends, tools and products
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy and how to penetrate a new market
- 6-8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales and solutions, ideally a track record of working on solutions built using AWS cloud.
- You will have a client-centric approach, able to understand customer problems and find best-fit solutions
- Knowledge and exposure on containers and ability to design solutions leveraging Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services e.g. ECS and EKS.
- Client Engagement and management Skills
- Result oriented with ability to drive consistent business performance.
- AWS Cloud certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate.
- Excellent presentation and articulation skills
