Assist Senior Architects and Project Architects in developing design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software.
- Produce 3D models and renderings for design visualization and client presentations.
- Incorporate revisions and mark-ups accurately and efficiently into drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.
- Accompany Senior Architects or Project Architects on site visits for measurement, inspection, and progress monitoring.
- Actively participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn new software, design techniques, and industry best practices.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DX Max,Lumion.
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and Indian building codes.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, technical proficiency, and conceptual clarity is mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
