- Proven experience in a front desk role in industry like clinics of dermatech, dermapurity, beauty, ayurvedic, etc.
- Must have clinic management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal & management skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Should have knowledge about excel.

Work Description:

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.
- Assist clients enquiries and assist in appointments.
- Manage and maintain the waiting area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Efficiently manage the daily appointment schedules.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing client records.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
