- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Fluent English speaking should be compulsory.
- Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
