Azure Ad Administrator

Main Duties:
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends with respect to the potential impact on the support services delivered.
- Ensure documentation for security policies, procedure and processes are well maintained.
- Undertake routine reviews of system access controls and validate compliance against policies.
- Sensitive data protection administration as required.
- Assist and support the annual internal and external IT audit and SOX audit process.
- Increase automation of tasks through the creation or usage of scripts.
- Mentoring and training for any new members of the team, or external service provider.
- Identify potential system problems and escalate to appropriate contact or Team Leader for timely resolution.
- Provide and accept feedback and cross training to/from other members of the team where appropriate.
- Handle multiple and competing priorities.
- Deliver good quality work and ensure tasks and objectives are delivered on time.
**_Technical Skills - Essential_**
- Active Directory administration.
- Experience managing NTFS folder access controls.
- Exchange Mailbox & Group administration.**_Technical Skills - Desirable_**
- Azure Active Directory Administration.
- Experience with using PowerShell & running scripts.
- Report writing.
