**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and growth goals.
- Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Create, edit, and optimize visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Schedule and publish regular social media posts while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively participate in relevant Facebook groups, sharing valuable content, fostering discussions, and building relationships with group members.
- Lead WhatsApp marketing initiatives, including crafting messages and content for WhatsApp broadcasts and maintaining customer engagement through the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with marketing, sales, and other relevant strategies.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Create and maintain a lead chart to track and categorize leads generated through social media efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach to amplify brand reach.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,150.25 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Kaithal, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
