**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that integrate English literature and language skills with basic science concepts.
- **Instruction**: Deliver high-quality instruction in English language and literature, focusing on scientific texts and research writing.
- **Assessment**: Develop and administer assessments, providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- **Student Support**: Offer mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with faculty in the science department to create interdisciplinary programs that enhance student learning.
- **Community Engagement**: Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and outreach activities to promote the integration of English studies in scientific disciplines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in English Literature or a related field.
- **Experience**: 4-5 years of teaching experience at the college level, preferably in an interdisciplinary environment.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with contemporary educational technologies and methods for teaching English in a science context.
- **Commitment**: A passion for fostering a love of literature and language among students, particularly in the context of science.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
