- Monitoring fabrication, assembly and delivery schedules for designated Work Packages
- Ensuring suppliers are expedited, where possible, to advance programme timelines
- Relay all potential delays in supplier activities to Expeditor UK
- Co-ordinating and monitoring freight forwarding activities
- Prepare and present delivery status and expediting performance
- Follow Expediting Standard Operating Procedures
- Collecting expediting performance data of third-party expediting services
- Reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Supporting our desire to modernise global procurement team, by using technology and working with data and metrics.
