**Job Overview**

We are looking for a proactive **First-Level Education Counselor** to be the first point of contact for students who wish to study in Germany. Your role will involve engaging with potential students, understanding their study preferences, collecting necessary academic documents, and guiding them toward our consultancy services. This role requires **excellent communication, lead conversion skills, and a customer-centric approach**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Student Interaction & Lead Engagement**
- Build rapport and encourage students to take further counseling sessions.

**Lead Qualification & Follow-Ups**
- Identify and qualify leads by **assessing student profiles** and eligibility.
- Consistently **follow up with students** to keep them engaged and address concerns.
- Maintain records in **CRM tools** to track interactions.

**Document Collection & Pre-Evaluation**
- Ensure that all required documents are complete before forwarding them to the next level.

**Sales & Conversion**
- Encourage students to **enroll for our services** by explaining consultancy benefits.
- Handle **objections and queries** efficiently to close leads.
- Meet **monthly lead conversion targets**.

**Collaboration with Senior Counselors & Operations Team**
- Work closely with **Senior Counselors** to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with backend teams for **seamless student support**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce, Arts, Business preferred).
- **Experience**:0-2 years** in **counseling, customer service, tele-calling, or inside sales**.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- **Languages**:Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi** (preferred).
- **Tech Skills**: Familiarity with **CRM tools, MS Office, Google Sheets**.
- **Attributes**: Strong **communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and patience**.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
