**Job Summary**

The Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the Transport Department will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining transport-related data in company systems. The role requires attention to detail, coordination with field and operations teams, and ensuring timely documentation for vehicle movements, dispatches, and deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter and update trip sheets, vehicle movement records, POD (Proof of Delivery) in the system.
- Maintain transport-related MIS and daily dispatch reports.
- Verify and cross-check vehicle documents, driver details, and route plans.
- Coordinate with transport in-charge, warehouse, and accounts for billing and payment-related data.
- Ensure timely data entry for vehicle load/unload status and delivery confirmation.
- Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, gate pass, and trip closure documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly and weekly transport MIS reports.
- Support in reconciliation of transporter bills and trip expenses.
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in all operations.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Good typing speed and data accuracy.
- knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with transport or logistics documentation preferred.

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Diploma in Computer Applications (ADCA or equivalent) preferred.
- 0.5-2 years of experience in logistics, transport, or data entry role.
