We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and driven female Sales Executive to help expand our clientele by reaching out to prospective clients and driving bookings for our banquet hall.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively contact potential clients via phone to introduce our banquet hall services and facilities.
- Follow up with leads and set up appointments for clients to visit the venue.
- Provide clients with detailed information about our offerings, available packages, and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of booking events with us and highlight special features of the banquet hall.
- Work with the marketing team to identify target demographics and strategize on lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and bookings in our CRM system.
- Nurture relationships with clients and provide timely responses to queries.
- Assist clients in understanding the booking process, event planning, and requirements for hosting their event at the venue.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth coordination between the client and our operations team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings to effectively sell our services.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries with patience and professionalism.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering outstanding customer service.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in selling services for event venues or banquet halls.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination.
