- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Provide feedback to hiring managers and assist with the selection process

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
