Key Responsibilities:

- Translate briefs into effective and visually appealing video narratives.
- Collaborate with the creative and production team to conceptualize and execute projects.
- Manage end-to-end post-production including trimming, transitions, audio, color correction, and graphics.
- Maintain an organized workflow and project file structure.
- Handle multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review and revise edits based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
- Contribute creatively to improve storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Support and learn from senior editors and team leads.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in video editing within an agency, production house, or similar creative environment.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a keen creative eye.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for video production and visual content creation.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and manage constructive feedback.
- Prior internship or freelance experience is a plus.
