Cargowise Associate

**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic B.Com graduates to join our CargoWise team. As a CargoWise Associate, you will be trained to work on **logistics operations, finance modules, and process management** using the CargoWise platform. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in logistics, supply chain, and financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and support operations on **CargoWise software** across modules like **Forwarding, Customs, Finance, and Transport**.
- Assist in **data entry, billing, invoicing, and documentation** as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for **shipment tracking and order processing**.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial and operational entries.
- Support preparation of MIS reports, reconciliations, and transaction tracking.
- Troubleshoot basic system-related issues and escalate as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)** or related field.
- Strong understanding of **basic accounting and finance principles**.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to **learn CargoWise system and logistics operations**.
- Proficient in **MS Excel and MS Office tools**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
