**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews
- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
- Maintain hiring metrics and provide reports to management

**Requirements**:

- Masters Degree related to field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
