**Job Title: Protection & Resilience Analyst**

**Experience -**5+ Years

**Location**: Pune / Trivandrum

**Job Summary**:
Support the Protection & Resilience Officer in executing business continuity and IT resilience activities, ensuring preparedness and compliance across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct BCM lifecycle activities: BIA, RIA, strategy development, planning, and testing
- Support the development and maintenance of DR Plans and IT BCPs
- Participate in central resilience reviews and reporting
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Infrastructure, Applications, etc.)
- Promote awareness and provide advice on protection and resilience topics
- Track and support remediation of audit findings
- Stay updated on relevant policies, standards, and regulations

**Key Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in BCM, ITSCM, or Crisis Management
- Strong IT background; cloud knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with standards like DORA, ISO, ITIL, COBIT (preferred)
- Project management experience and ability to work independently
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; organized and responsible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹258,327.52 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
