**Resp**_**onsibilities**:_
- **Solution Architecture**:_
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical designs.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams, including system landscape, ERDs, and integration flow diagrams.
- Lead solution design sessions, making informed decisions on platform features, custom development, and integrations.
- Review and recommend new Salesforce technologies and capabilities for adoption.

**Technical Implementation**:

- Provide technical guidance and expertise to developers and administrators during implementation.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce components, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Implement complex data integrations with internal and external systems.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

**Governance and Standards**:

- Establish and enforce governance principles for Salesforce development and administration.
- Define and maintain development standards, coding guidelines, and documentation practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to established standards.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and administrators.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the Salesforce team.

**Staying Ahead of the Curve**:

- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest Salesforce trends, features, and best practices.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on Salesforce architecture.
- Share your knowledge and expertise through internal training sessions and mentoring opportunities.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or architect.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core features, platform architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with various Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Experience with data integration tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Salesforce Architect and/or Developer certifications preferred.
- Knowledge on Health Cloud, HIPAA, PHI handling is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
