**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Academic Program Coordination**
- Plan, organize, and coordinate academic activities such as lectures, workshops, seminars, and CME programs.
- Schedule and manage internships, observerships, and clinical postings for students and trainees.
- Maintain updated academic calendars and circulate them among concerned departments.

**2. Liaison & Communication**
- Act as the point of contact between hospital departments, external academic institutions, and students.
- Coordinate with universities, medical colleges, and training institutes for collaborations, MoUs, and accreditation.
- Communicate schedules, policies, and requirements to students and faculty.

**3. Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain proper records of attendance, training logs, assessments, and feedback forms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (NMC, DNB, NABH, etc.) for academic activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for inspections and audits.

**4. Student Support & Guidance**
- Assist students and trainees with onboarding, orientation, and hospital familiarization.
- Address academic concerns and act as a mentor for smooth learning experience.

**5. Event Management**
- Organize hospital academic events, conferences, health talks, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and certificates for participants and speakers.

**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Collect feedback from students, faculty, and departments to improve training quality.
- Suggest and implement new ideas to enhance academic programs and hospital visibility.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field.
- Experience in hospital administration, academic coordination, or training management preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with hospital processes, medical terminology, and academic compliance norms.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
