2. Encouraging, assisting, and instructing in accordance with the needs of the student.

3. Create, prepare, and deliver courses that meet the requirements of every student in the class, regardless of ability level. putting together weekly tasks for every batch that has been given to them.

4. Prompt marking and editing of assignments completed by students both in and out of class.

5. Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on students' growth and development.

6. Speaking with, advising, and offering feedback to the parents of students at PTM or as and when the situation calls for it.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
