**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Create scripts, captions, and short-form posts for reels, promotions, and event highlights

Work closely with the design and event teams to capture real-time content during events

Write blogs, newsletters, and other promotional material in line with our brand voice

Conduct industry research to stay updated with trends and audience preferences

Monitor content performance and suggest ideas for improvement

**Required Skills**:
Strong command of written and verbal English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)

Knowledge of major social media platforms and trends

Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) or video editing apps

Creativity, originality, and the ability to multitask

Attention to detail and time management
