**Job Description: Office Boy at Deepak Builders and Developers, Nashik**

**Position**: Office Boy

**Location**: Deepak Builders and Developers, Nashik

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with all technical and non-technical tasks in the office.

2. Help keep the office premises clean and organized.

3. Prepare meeting rooms before meetings.

4. Deliver documents, letters, and other items as directed.

5. Handle courier services as directed by specific departments.

6. Check and maintain stock of stationery, water bottles, tea, coffee, and other necessary items.

7. Help office staff and owners as required.

8. Distribute tea, coconut water, and other beverages to staff and guests as needed.

9. Open and lock the office premises, and deliver the office keys to the designated person or place.

10. Ensure all windows, lights, AC, and switches are turned off before leaving every day.

11. Assist the office team with day-to-day chores.

12. Purchase office materials when needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Maintain complete confidentiality and work with honesty.
- Immediate termination if found not abiding by the rules or involved in any mischief.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of office tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
