We are seeking a talented and passionate Manual Jewellery Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for an individual with a deep appreciation for traditional & modern jewellery making techniques and a keen eye for detail. The Manual Jewellery Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating original jewellery designs primarily through hand-sketching, model making, and other manual methods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop original and innovative jewellery designs based on market trends, brand aesthetics, and client briefs.
- Create detailed hand-drawn sketches and technical drawings, including precise measurements and material specifications.
- Translate design concepts into three-dimensional models using wax carving, metal fabrication (where applicable for model making), or other manual techniques.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs and maintain quality standards.
- Source and select appropriate materials, including gemstones, metals, and other components.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, techniques, and materials.
- Participate in design presentations and contribute to the overall creative direction of the company.
- Maintain an organized portfolio of designs and prototypes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a manual jewellery designer or a strong portfolio showcasing hand-rendered designs and model-making skills.
- Exceptional hand-sketching and illustration abilities with a strong understanding of form, proportion, and detail.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery materials, including precious metals, gemstones, and their properties.
- Understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
