AUDIT ASSISTANT

LOCATION: TRIVANDRUM

2-3 YEARS OF EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings from all projects and production facilities and submit to management on a regular basis.
- Verification of Subcontracted works and certifying for payments.
- Verify and approve medical bills for reimbursement.
- Verify petty cash by crosschecking bills, receipts, vouchers etc. with its corresponding supporting documentations.
- Verify GRN with DO of materials delivered for payments.
- Verify and approve monthly trip allowance for drivers.
- Verify and prepare monthly site attendance reports.
- Verify and prepare monthly fuel consumption reports and calculate mileage/efficiency of machinery.
- Verify and prepare site utility reports like electricity, gas, water etc.
- Verify and prepare production facility summary reports and calculate monthly wastage. Reports include a review of findings and identification of recommendation to correct any deficiencies and methods to improvement to process.
- Carry out full audit of an organization; including accessing risk and taking the necessary risk management steps to forestall fraud.
- Prepare an action plan based on identification of current issues and findings for each audit conducted.
- Provide reports to management on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control structure, along with practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and economic value of a control or process.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
