**Job Description : -**
- 1to 10 years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter.
- Experience working on Federal and State requirements is Preferred but not required.
- Excellent Speaking and Writing Skills in English.
- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB etc.) and Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Job Postings on the Job Portals
- Should be able to work on W2 and C2C requirements.
- Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittal ratio of Interview/Placement.
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be an aggressive and quick learner.
- Willing to work under pressure.
