Job Purpose As a Creative Content Writer and Strategist, the primary responsibility will be to craft captivating and innovative scripts for educational videos, shorts, and promotional content. The Person will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our content stands out by creating engaging narratives that resonate with our audience.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Craft creative and engaging scripts for educational videos, shorts, and promotional content. - Stay informed about the latest developments, trends, and updates in various areas.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designing and Video Editing Team to create compelling and visually appealing content.
- Devise promotional content and strategies to increase the channel's and the organization’s reach, with a focus on creating captivating advertisements.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and questions, contributing to an improved overall viewer experience and addressing learner needs.

**Specific Knowledge & Skills**
- Proven experience as a content writer with expertise in crafting creative and engaging scripts for videos and advertisements.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and accuracy. - Familiarity with YouTube analytics and SEO best practices for content optimization.

**Major KRA (SMART)**
- Ideate, create, and implement educational content with a focus on creative and engaging scripts for videos and shorts.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designing and Video Editing Team for visually appealing and impactful content.
- Develop promotional strategies, particularly in creating compelling advertisements, to enhance the channel's reach and subscriber base.

Work Timing - 9 AM - 6.30 PM

Working Days : 05

Job Location : Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
