**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Web Design**
- Design engaging, responsive, and visually appealing web layouts aligned with our brand’s goals.
- Enhance user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, cross-browser compatible, and meet accessibility standards.
- Maintain and update web content on CMS platforms, such as WordPress.
- Optimize multimedia elements to improve site speed and usability.

**SEO Strategy and Execution**
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including metadata, URL structures, and image.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements, such as load speed optimization and fixing crawl errors.
- Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.
- Stay informed on SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing responsive, user-focused designs.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Analytical skills to interpret website data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with back-end web development or CMS customization is a plus.
- SEO or digital marketing certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with web hosting and version control (Git) is a bonus.
