**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Check-In/Check-Out**: Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures, including processing reservations, handling payments, and issuing room keys.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with special requests.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate guest records, update reservation systems, and prepare daily reports.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and prompt resolution of any issues.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front desk agent in a hotel or similar setting.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Professional appearance, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: High school or equivalent required; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
