Junior Architect

**Roles & Responsibilities of an Architect**
- Creating technical drawings from architects sketches and specifications.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Handling multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously without letting the quantity of work affect the quality of work.
- Blending aesthetics and technique to achieve the desired results within the assigned time.
- Excellent commend in Designing Applications: Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Photoshop, etc.
- Drafting methods, 3D Software Tools, X-refs, Layer Management.
- Creating Rough Drafts as well as Preparing Final Designs.
- Management and organization of all Emergent CAD drawings.
- Create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects
- Efficiency in fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- A degree/ diploma in architecture
- Minimum 1 -year experience as an architect
- Outstanding fluency and skill within the AutoCAD program.
- Excellent communication skills (English); listening, comprehension.

- Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
- Being able to self-start and self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction.

**Salary**: Decided as per skills

**Schedule**: Day shift, 9am -6pm

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Mapusa, Goa

**Education**:Diploma/Degree in Architecture

**Experience**: 1-2 years (preferred)
