**In this role, **you will be responsible to perform **Market Research for indirect goods & services for a retail client**. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall **objective** of the project. We are looking for someone who should be open to **work** in any shift as per the business requirement.**

**Responsibilities**

**Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative market research studies.**

**Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to **identify** opportunities and threats.**

**Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret research data.**

**Synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendation**

**Create comprehensive reports that summarize research findings, insights, and recommendations**

**Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring **timely** delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).**

**Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to understand their research needs and **provide** relevant insights.**

**Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as **required** for specialized research services.**

**Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research.**

**Contribute to the development of innovative research methodologies and tools.**

**Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior research team members.**

**Qualifications we **seek** in you**

**Minimum **Q**ualifications**

**Bachelor’s degree in marketing**, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) preferred.**

**Prior **experience in market research, with a proven **track record** of successfully managing complex research projects and delivering impactful insights**

**Preferred **Q**ualifications**/ Skills**

**Expertise** in market research methodologies and statistical analysis.**

**Proficiency** in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Excel).**

**Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.**

**Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior management.**

**Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.**

**Experience with market research platforms and CRM systems is a plus.**
