**Individualized Instruction**:

- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Tailor lessons to meet the specific needs of each student, including those with learning disabilities, autism, intellectual disabilities, or other special needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to help students develop academic and social skills.
- **Assessments and Evaluation**:

- Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to monitor students’ academic, behavioral, and social development.
- Work with other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, counselors) to assess students' progress.
- **Collaboration with Parents and Staff**:

- Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, counselors, and parents to create and implement effective teaching strategies and support for students.
- Attend meetings to review student progress, update IEPs, and discuss strategies for improving student outcomes.
- **Behavior Management**:

- Implement behavior management strategies to help students manage emotions and behavior.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration.
- **Instructional Support**:

- Adapt classroom materials, lessons, and activities to accommodate the needs of students with disabilities.
- Use assistive technology and specialized teaching aids to enhance students' learning experiences.
- **Social Skills Development**:

- Help students develop social skills and independence, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Promote inclusion by helping students with special needs interact with their peers.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of students’ progress, behavior, and any interventions used.
- Prepare reports and communicate with parents and other professionals about students' achievements and challenges.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with special education practices, new technologies, and techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Special Education, though a master's degree may be preferred. Certification or licensure as a special educator may also be required depending on location.
- **Experience**: Experience working with students with special needs is often preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy for students with disabilities.
- Ability to design and implement individualized teaching strategies.
- Knowledge of special education laws and policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and professionals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
