Role: Graphic Designer

Location: Gurgaon

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1-2 years (only from Fintech background)

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, infographics, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines.
- Produce engaging visual content to enhance user experience on our website and mobile app.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure high-quality output.
- Knowledge and experience in handling Digital Single-Lens Reflex (DSLR) cameras for photography and videography purposes.
- Familiarity with DSLR camera settings, including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and white balance adjustments.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for use in marketing collateral and company events.
- Edit and retouch photographs and videos to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure high-quality output.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of layout, color, typography, and branding principles.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
