ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Record Keeping:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assisting with data entry, bookkeeping, and the preparation of accounts.
- Ensuring all financial transactions are properly documented.

2. Support with Financial Reports:

- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Assisting with the management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Processing invoices, expense forms, and payment requests.
- Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and follow-up on outstanding invoices.

4. Reconciliations:

- Assisting with bank reconciliations and other ledger reconciliations.
- Helping to reconcile accounts and resolving any discrepancies.

5. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Providing support in monitoring budget variances.

6. Compliance and Audits:

- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

7. Taxation:

- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents.
- Supporting the maintenance of records for tax purposes.

8. Administrative Support:

- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Supporting the finance team with other ad hoc tasks as needed.

9. Learning and Development:

- Actively participating in training and development opportunities.
- Staying updated with changes in accounting standards and practices.

10. Software Proficiency:

- Gaining proficiency in accounting software and other relevant financial tools.
- Assisting with the implementation and use of new financial software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
