Medical Officer

**Description**
- We are looking for a medical officer for our unit who have experience of opd and ipd patients.
- Who have a knowledge of basic computer also.
- We have 15 bedded surgical and medicine unit where you have to run individually.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Administer medications, therapies, and other interventions as required.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
- Work closely with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding documentation and patient care.
