
Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within targeted companies or sectors.
- **Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge**:
- Present the company’s products/services to potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of features and benefits.
- Answer inquiries and provide detailed product information, addressing client needs and requirements.
- Use in-depth knowledge of products and services to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- **Sales Conversion and Relationship Management**:
- Convert leads into sales by closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and respond to any post-sale inquiries or issues.
- **Customer Interaction and Support**:
- Provide customers with quotes, negotiate pricing, and answer questions regarding product specifications, delivery times, and terms.
- Ensure that the sales process is seamless and that customer inquiries are handled professionally.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and expansion.
- Share market insights, client feedback, and potential business opportunities with relevant internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development).
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, sales targets, and upcoming opportunities.
- **CRM Management**:
- Maintain an updated and organized database of leads, prospects, and customers in the CRM system.
- Track interactions, sales activities, and follow-up reminders to ensure timely and efficient customer management.
- Report regularly on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the sales manager.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive in the market.
- **Sales Reporting and Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, leads, and activities to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, meetings, and communications.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
