About The Role : Fitters should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work collaboratively, and have a commitment to safety and quality assurance. They should also be able to handle physical workloads and lift heavy objects.

**Responsibilities:
- Assembling and installing: Putting together and installing mechanical components, machinery, and plants
- Maintaining and repairing: Performing routine maintenance and fixing broken or malfunctioning equipment
- Reading technical drawings: Interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Ensuring safety: Following safety protocols and standards, and conducting regular inspections of equipment
- Collaborating: Working with the production team to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Communicating: Sharing information with customers, superiors, and other team members
- Using tools: Operating tools and machinery, including welding equipment, and using hand and power tools
- Cutting and fitting: Cutting materials into required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses, and fitting parts into machinery and equipment
- Diagnosing problems: Identifying machine problems and reporting issues to the manager

- **ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics**:

- ** Proven experience in designing and managing electrical wiring systems.**:

- ** 3 to 4 Years Experience as Technical Service Engineer profile**:

- ** Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.**:

- ** Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.**:

- ** Hands-on experience with electrical systems and wiring tools.**:

- ** Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.**:

- ** Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.**
