Field Executive for Port Operations

Coordinate with Terminal staff ,HO, Stockyard and monitor export cargo ,arriving in port and vessels in pipeline.
- Monitor Vessel ETA, ETB and priority and participate in berthing meetings.
- Estimate and relay vessel requirements - Relay information to HO / Stockyard and coordinate with Dispatch.
- Participate in on-board meetings with the Captain of the Vessel, Surveyor, and the Terminal staff to ensure resource consumption is within acceptable limits / and as per standards in Vizag.
- Estimate and deploy the right strength of workers - Coordinate with manpower contractors.
- Track inventory of the materials and tools required and place requisition order.
- Monitor and record all activity relating to loading rate, material consumtpion and manpower during loading operations and proactively ccordiante with all concerned to ensure smooth operations.
- Obtain the Certificate of Completion / Supply Certificate on completion of the supplies to vessel.

Job location: Paradip Port, Remote deployment. Languages known: English, Hindi

Pay: 15000 basic

Allowances: Travel, stay, food paid by company.

Incentives: Applicable after attaining proficiency.

Leaves/Breaks: Monthly rotation between Vizag/Paradip branches.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
