Job Title: Main Machine Operator - Hanwei Diaper Line

Department: Production

Location: Pithampur

Experience: 4-5 Years in Diaper Manufacturing

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor **Hanwei diaper machines** with precision to meet production targets
- Implement and sustain **5S and Kaizen practices** for cleanliness, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Manage and coordinate **shift operations**, including workforce supervision and performance tracking
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and report machine malfunctions promptly
- Document production metrics, downtime logs, and quality control data

Required Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in **diaper manufacturing**:

- Solid working knowledge of **Hanwei machine operations**:

- Familiarity with **CLTI**, **5S**, and **Kaizen methodology**:

- Strong troubleshooting ability related to **adhesive systems/glue issues**:

- Demonstrated skill in managing **shift teams** and optimizing output

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
