We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Motor Insurance Advisor** to join our team. This is a **field sales** role, where you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, and converting them for motor insurance products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities for motor insurance.
- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers in and around the assigned area.
- Provide customers with information about motor insurance products, policy terms, benefits, and claims process.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and provide post-sale support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Experience**: 1 to 4 years in motor/general insurance sales (field role preferred).
- **Education**: Minimum HSC/Graduate (any stream).
- Should possess good knowledge of motor insurance (private cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively in local areas.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.
- Knowledge of local language (Kannada) preferred along with basic English/Hindi.
