**Job Summary**:
**Location**: VGP Heritage, Injambakkam, Chennai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant (kitchen, service, billing, and hygiene).
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Maintain the authenticity, quality, and consistency of South Indian cuisine.
- Monitor inventory and manage supplier coordination.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer service, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports and manage accounts related to restaurant operations.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management (South Indian cuisine preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of F&B operations, hygiene, and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Benefits**:
