**Job Title: Visual Storyboard Expert - E-Learning Gamification**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed, visually engaging storyboards that translate the educational content into interactive, gamified learning experiences.
- Design visual assets and create immersive, interactive elements that support game mechanics and learner engagement.
- Work closely with instructional designers and developers to ensure the storyboards align with the curriculum and overall learning strategy.
- Ensure that storyboards integrate gamification elements in a way that enhances retention and learner interaction.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and effectively conveyed through visual storytelling.
- Prototype and refine storyboards based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final product meets educational objectives and user needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in e-learning design, gamification, and visual storytelling to continually enhance the learning experience.

**Tools Used**:

- **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for visual asset creation, animation, and multimedia integration.
- **Storyboarding Tools** (e.g., Storyboard Pro, FrameForge) for creating detailed, dynamic storyboards with sequencing and timing.
- **Figma/Sketch** for collaborative wireframing and interactive design elements.
- **Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar** e-learning authoring tools for integrating visual storyboards into fully interactive learning modules.
- **Trello/Asana** for project management and task tracking.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in visual storyboarding and e-learning design, particularly with gamification.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Ability to independently learn and understand complex educational content and translate it into visual, interactive formats.
- Experience with game mechanics and how to integrate them effectively into educational content.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure content accuracy.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for design and user experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

**Desired Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in visual storyboarding for e-learning, particularly in gamification.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Experience working with SCORM-compliant content and understanding of instructional design principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
