IT Recruiter or Analyst or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

**Experience Level - 1 to 3 Years, Qualification - UG /PG**

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Required skill to demonstrates the ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.

2. Hands on experience in souring for Internal Recruitment only

4. Performing End to End recruitment process (Identification
- Pre-screen to check technical skills, interest level and CTC fitment with DOJ
- Schedule for Interview

6. Basic Excel skills

7. Work from Office.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**

8. Exposure and understanding of Recruitment function and market dynamics

9. Should worked in similar role and have experience in onboarding minimum of 2 to 10 / Month Consultant every month (Permanent / Contract).

10. Must have 1+years’ experience only in C2H (Contract to hire) Domestic IT Staffing domain is an advantage for 3+ years’ experience for IT Recruiter

11. US IT Recruitment, Non-IT, HR Executive experience will not be considered.

12. Should have worked for with clients above 5000 to 2,00,000+ employee’s advantage.

13. Ability to work in challenging business / market environment with aggressive targets / stringent timelines.

14. Overall Experience should be 1- 5 Years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment Domain.

15. ATS Tools experience is an advantage

16. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
