**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Taxation Services**:Assist in tax planning and preparation of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Handle correspondence with tax authorities and clients.

**2. Auditing and Accounting**:Participate in financial statement audits for various clients.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records.
Assist in the identification of accounting and auditing issues and provide solutions.

**3. ROC Compliance**:Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory ROC documents.
