**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily pickup operations from assigned vendor warehouses.
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule shipment pickups as per SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Ensure accuracy in shipment count, packaging, and documentation before dispatch.
- Monitor pickup team performance and assign tasks to field executives or drivers.
- Maintain real-time tracking and reporting of pickups using internal systems or mobile apps.
- Resolve on-ground issues, delays, or escalations related to vendor-side operations.
- Liaise with the central operations team, transport vendors, and other logistics partners.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance policies.
- Maintain MIS reports related to pickup efficiency, failure rates, and vendor performance.
- Train and motivate ground staff to uphold service standards.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Knowledge of B2B logistics and warehouse pickup processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Basic knowledge of logistics tracking software and MS Excel.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations).
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, preferably in a first-mile B2B operation or vendor coordination role.
- Experience in e-commerce logistics will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
