
Pre Primary Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to pre-primary teachers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment focused on student success and well-being.
- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and promotes the holistic development of young children.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities, routines, and schedules of the pre-primary program, ensuring a balance of structured learning experiences, play-based exploration, and outdoor activities.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments of children’s progress and development, using assessment data to inform instruction and individualize learning experiences.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and facilitate engaging lessons, activities, and projects that promote curiosity, creativity, and inquiry-based learning.
- Support teachers in implementing effective classroom management strategies and fostering positive relationships with students and families.
- Organize and lead professional development opportunities for pre-primary teachers and staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s progress, milestones, and educational experiences, and solicit feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with school leadership and other coordinators to integrate the pre-primary program with the overall school curriculum and goals.
- Stay current on best practices, research, and trends in early childhood education through professional development, conferences, and networking opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience working in early childhood education, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood classroom setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and support pre-primary teachers and staff.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education, including play-based learning, emergent curriculum, and differentiated instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of early childhood assessment tools and strategies for monitoring children’s progress and development.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in early childhood education, with the ability to create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
