**Job Title**: EDP/ IT Assistant

**Location**: Baywatch Resort, Sernabatim, South Goa

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connections, and related systems.
- Assist with system upgrades, software updates, and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and update records of equipment.
- Support video conferencing tools, projectors, and meeting room technology.
- Provide basic training to staff on software and IT procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
